Classification: GuidedTravelling with our local guide, in an air-conditioned
vehicle, we follow easy coastal paths to rocky coves and forest paths leading
to tiers of shimmering waterfalls. We'll also visit the many historically
significant sites that have influenced modern-day Croatia. There's the
UNESCO-listed old town of Dubrovnik, where well-preserved ramparts surround a
honeycomb of Renaissance churches, secret courtyards and sumptuous merchants'
palaces. Founded by the Romans, Split's famous UNESCO Diocletian's Palace was
once the Emperor's retirement home. Today its warren of narrow alleys houses
the town's cathedral, while its cavernous cellars are used as art galleries.
HotelsSituated in the heart of Trogir's historical centre, a UNESCO World Heritage
