Arriving in your Destination - Unless you've told us that you're making your own way to the starting accommodation on day 1 of the tour. we'll be at the airport to pick you up. Please read the 'ARRIVING IN' section of the INTRO Travel app as it has further information regarding your arrival into your destination.

In the unlikely event you cannot find your group leader at the meeting point, please refer to the emergency contact details found on the INTRO Travel App.

If your flight is cancelled or rescheduled and your arrival details change, please let your agent know as soon as possible to then advise INTRO. If you're already on your way and your connecting flight changes, please let INTRO know so they can still be at the airport to meet you.

Get in touch with your Group - You can start chatting to other travellers in your group before you leave home. Just go to the INTRO Travel Facebook page, click on 'Groups' and choose your country.

Please ensure you have received your pre departure email from your INTRO Travel Tour Leader. This email will have your INTRO Tour Leaders contact details, and instructions on how, where and when to meet your group.

Please download the INTRO Travel App for the accommodation details in your tour destination.

If you haven't been picked up from the airport by your guide, please check in at reception and advise them you're with the INTRO Travel group. They will advise you where to find your guide and your new tour mates!

Please Note: The standard day 1 accommodation used as your meeting point for your tour or any pre tour accommodation bookings in rare circumstances, is subject to change.
